While doing my regular fitness reading, I came across this article. I wanted to post it here because, like a lot of people out there, I love to have a little wine with my meal and I absolutely love to cook with all kinds of sauces (with all kinds of butter and cream in them). Well Google has a great tool where you can map out your path and not only find out how may miles you went, but approximately how many calories you burned. Google Pedometer is great online tool that tracks, miles walked, ran or cycled. Try it out for yourself!

The Truth of the Matter: Crunching builds and tones some of the ab muscles, which can help you to burn fat quicker, however, crunches alone are not going to remove that layer of fat fondly known as a ‘spare tire’.
